We assemble multiple prisms on a polishing plate. After grinding, the surfaces of the prisms on the same polishing plate that need to be polished will remain in the same plane, and then the prisms will be polished in the polishing machine. Generally, the polishing process consumes about 0.01-0.02mm thick material, so we need to control the flatness of the polished surface during the polishing process.
